Nightrydas Elite do Vegas


Last week was the last live period of the summer for high school athletes. After the conclusion of those tournaments in Las Vegas, the Jr. Fab 48 took place July 25-28 in Sin City. The stars of the junior Fab 48 were the Nightrydas Elite as they came away with two titles and one runner-up finish.

The fifth grade division seen the Nightrydas takie the title back to Florida. The Nightrydas were led by Joel Harrison, Roliah Hardy, Chandler Davis, Nehemiah Turner and Nate Sasser en route to victory. In bracket play they defeated Havoc City (62-47), Inland Empire (45-27), & Team West Coast 35-27 to claim the championship.

The fourth grade division featured the Nightrydas fresh off a national runner-up finish at the AAU nationals. They were able to ge over the hump this time and win the title behind the nations #1 player in the 2024 class,Christian Jones. In addition to Jones, the team was led in scoring by Mercy Miller. Jamal Ware, Herbert Wilson, Tyrik Petway and Elijah Pane were standouts for the winners. In bracket play they defeated AAO Flight (55-41), BTB (49-36) and the New York Gauchos in the title.

The 2nd grade division featured the fourth & fifth matchup of the season between RMG Elite and Nightrydas Elite. RMG came out victorious in both games and hold the season lead 4-1 and have cemented themselves as the #1 team in the nation entering the last couple weeks of the travel season.
